The Rixx Madison

The Rixx Madison is an apartment in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, offering one- to four-bedroom units from 55 to 160 m², each with a private pool, a terrace and a kitchen. It suits families, groups of friends and longer stays where you want more room and your own cooking facilities than a standard hotel room gives. Every unit has a living room, so there is space to spread out after a day in the city.

All four apartment types have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a washing machine. The larger units add more bedrooms and bathrooms, and the 120 m² and 160 m² apartments also have a balcony. Free WiFi covers all areas, pets are allowed at no extra charge, and the property is non-smoking throughout.

The Saigon Opera House is 200 m away, and Opera House Station on Metro Line 1 is 450 m. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.5 km away and Saigon Railway Station 2.9 km.

The Rixx Madison has four apartment types, all with a living room, a kitchen and a terrace with a private pool. The One-Bedroom Apartment is the smallest, at 55 m², with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, for up to two guests. The Two-Bedroom Apartment covers 80 m² and sleeps up to five, with a king-size bed in one bedroom, an extra-large double bed in the other and a sofa bed in the living room.

All four share air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and a washing machine; the larger ones add bedrooms and bathrooms, with a balcony in the two biggest. The Three-Bedroom Apartment, at 120 m², sleeps up to seven. The largest is the 160 m² Apartment, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and room for up to ten guests across its double beds and sofa bed.

Inside every apartment you will find air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with internet services, a kitchen with a kitchenette and a washing machine, so cooking and laundry during a longer stay are straightforward. Each unit also has a private bathroom, a terrace, a private pool and a view. The larger apartments also have a balcony, so there is an outdoor space beyond the terrace.

The grounds include a garden and a swimming pool, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Heating is also available. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Parking is possible on site, a reservation is not needed, and it costs VND 500,000 per day. Pets are allowed, with no extra charges.

The apartments stand in the centre of District 1, the old core of Ho Chi Minh City, where government buildings, theatres, hotels and shops sit close together. The Saigon Opera House is 200 m away, Chi Lang Park 300 m, and Me Linh Square 400 m, so the first landmarks are within a few minutes' walk. The Jamia al-Muslimin Mosque is 250 m away, the Ho Chi Minh City Hall 400 m, and the Ho Chi Minh Statue 400 m.

Opera House Station, a stop on Metro Line 1, is 450 m away, and the Bến Bạch Đằng ferry terminal on the Saigon River is 500 m. Saigon Railway Station is 2.9 km away. Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in Tan Binh north-west of the centre, is 5.5 km away, so a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to reach it or the railway station.

Further out, the Fine Arts Museum and the Vietnam History Museum are each 1.1 km away, Nha Rong Wharf 1.2 km, the War Remnants Museum 1.3 km and Tao Dan Park 1.4 km. Crescent Lake, 5.9 km away, is the farthest of these. Ben Thanh market and the Nguyen Hue walking street are also in District 1, as are the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, and the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City is 550 m from the property.
